Evelyn Moon, Founder and Principal Attorney at Evelyn Moon Law PC, is a compassionate immigration attorney with over 13 years of experience representing both corporate and individual clients from all over the world.
Her passion for immigration law comes out of her own experience navigating the immigration process as she moved to the United States as an immigrant, bringing a unique perspective of personally experiencing the same process as her clients. Having a full understanding of the complex immigration process, her goal is to help her clients expand into new opportunities, overcome obstacles, and ultimately achieve their immigration goals in the U.S.
Evelyn enjoys working with companies, developers and project developers that are creating social and economic benefits in the U.S. through immigration. She has extensive experience representing start-ups, small, mid-size and large Fortune 500 companies in IT, chemical, e-commerce, and other trade/business sectors, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, entertainment companies, and non-profit and religious organizations, all of which bring substantial benefit to the U.S. in different ways.
For individual clients, Evelyn focuses on designing a simple path to achieving their immigration goals through employment and family-based immigration, helping them achieve their ultimate American Dream and supporting family unity. She particularly enjoys working with highly talented foreign nationals with extraordinary abilities and skills, which can substantially benefit the overall healthy, well-being, and economy of the U.S.
Evelyn has great passion for handling problematic cases with some of the most challenging and complex issues. She is often referred to and recognized as the “best immigration strategist” by her clients for successfully overcoming and resolving the issues raised using her own innovative strategy. She has a great track record of refiling and getting approvals on several cases that were previously filed by different attorneys and eventually denied. In addition, Evelyn occasionally files immigration lawsuits in federal court, including complaints challenging denied cases and writ of mandamus actions for unreasonably delayed immigration cases under the Administrative Procedure Act.
Evelyn has spoken at several conferences, seminars, and other speaking engagements, covering various immigration topics. She is licensed to practice law in California and District of Columbia.
She is fluent in English and Korean and leads the firm’s Korean practice group, while managing the entire firm.
