Evelyn Moon Speaks on EB-5 Panel at AILA South Florida Conference

Posted On March 13, 2025

Our principal attorney, Evelyn Moon, recently had the incredible opportunity to travel to Florida for the 46th Annual American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) South Florida Chapter Conference between February 19-21, 2025. This prestigious event, the second-largest AILA conference after the National Annual Conference, brought together immigration attorneys from across the country to discuss the latest developments in immigration law.

Evelyn was honored to serve as a panelist on the session titled "Deep Dive into the State of EB-5 Processing and Adjudication." Alongside esteemed immigration attorneys and industry experts Ron Klasko and Marina Veiga, Evelyn shared insights on the evolving EB-5 landscape, discussed critical adjudication trends, and explored strategies for navigating the complexities of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

"It was an incredible honor to speak on an EB-5 panel alongside distinguished immigration attorneys and industry leaders Ron Klasko and Marina Veiga at the 46th Annual AILA South Florida Conference," Evelyn reflected. "In the midst of everything happening in our industry, it is truly a blessing to have this incredible AILA community—a space where we can come together from across the country to share insights, strategize, and most importantly, uplift and support one another as we continue to advocate for our clients."

Evelyn extends her heartfelt gratitude to Sharadha Sankararaman Kodem and Heidi Son for their instrumental role in providing this opportunity. Additionally, she expresses deep appreciation to AILA South Florida Conference Chair Elina Magaly Santana and the dedicated conference planning committee for organizing such an outstanding, engaging, and well-executed event.

The AILA South Florida Conference continues to be a crucial forum for discussing pressing immigration issues, fostering collaboration among legal professionals, and equipping attorneys with the latest tools to better serve their clients. It was truly a privilege for Evelyn to contribute to this important conversation and to connect with fellow advocates who are deeply committed to the field of immigration law.

As we move forward in these challenging times, we remain committed to staying at the forefront of immigration policy and providing exceptional representation for our clients. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a meaningful and enriching experience!
